If you’re okay with using Midjourney in a public #newbie channel in the discord, then it’s free to use. You’ll probably be throttled and have to wait longer for images, and it’s not enjoyable to sift through 1000s of other messages to find yours.
They have a few subscriptions outlined on their website, but cost isn’t included, so I will redo the table here with what I think is important.

The most important feature for me is the ability to work privately with a Discord bot instead of the #newbie channel. You also get more usage rights if you subscribe, which are outlined in their ToS.
